Good customer service is the lifeblood of every business, and customer service is all about bringing your customers back by sending them away - happy!  A good salesperson can sell anything once, but the experienced salesperson sells repeatedly to their customer base.  So...

1)  Listen to your customer – they know what they expect from you.
2)  Don’t promise unless you will deliver.
3)  Be helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable – it’s in your best selling interest.
4)  Throw in a little extra - a future discount or little something – it makes the customer feel good.  And they will judge you by how you make them feel, not what you say.
